EnableX started in 2017 in Singapore as a joint venture between Arkadin (NTT Communications) and ConferIndia. From day one the bet was deep, deliberate R&D: build a robust, converged communications platform on IP we own. Voice, video, and messaging on one stack, deployable behind a customer's firewall when compliance demands it.
That paid off when AI arrived. Because the platform sees every channel and every conversation, our AI has training data that bolt-on rivals cannot assemble. Others wrapped a thin app around a public LLM. We built the platform the AI moment actually needs.
Today EnableX runs the customer conversations of banks, insurers, and hospitals across India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. And because we own the stack, telcos and system integrators resell it under their own brand: a distribution motion the majors cannot copy.

Owned IP, built converged
One platform we built ourselves, not stitched together from acquisitions. Voice, video, messaging, and the conversational AI on top all share the same engine and the same telemetry. No third-party core we resell.

Our cloud, your cloud, private cloud, or fully on-prem behind your firewall. Banking conversations, patient data, and citizen records never leave your perimeter unless you say so. Sovereignty is a choice you make, and we ship the infrastructure to back it.
Full-stack, one contract
Most enterprises stitch together six to ten vendors for voice, SMS, WhatsApp, video, and chat. One EnableX contract replaces all of them, with AI already inside the same stack and one dashboard across every conversation.
Direct and white-label GTM
Sold direct to BFSI, insurance, and healthcare. Also resold white-label by telcos and system integrators under their own brand, live today with Tata Tele in India and Comviva across the Middle East. Because we own the IP, both motions are possible.

Pankaj Gupta
Founder and CEOA 0-to-scale operator with 25+ years in IT and telecom across APAC and global markets. As part of the Arkadin (NTT Communications) JV, Pankaj led the India business, scaled it to nearly $10M, and sat on the APAC and global leadership team as Arkadin grew from roughly $100M to $400M.
He has built and exited two companies to global acquirers. Today he is also an active investor in B2B and enterprise startups, and a mentor to founders across India and Southeast Asia.
